Sheila Vowinkel has been a Vermont resident since 1978, and worked as a school counselor in the Hartford School District for 16 years. With Peter Tenenbaum, her husband of 33 years, she raised two children in White River Junction. She earned her Master’s Degree in School Counseling from UVM, actively supports public education and children’s safety, and volunteers in the community.
